Refund and Returns Policy

At Dog Shampoo Shop, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have up to 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unopened, with the tags still attached, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned if you change your mind. These restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page. If you have any concerns about a specific product, please feel free to get in touch. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original product first. After your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund. If it is approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
